How close is the accommodation to the place I am visiting?
We try and place you as close as possible to your particular destination. In some areas of London or Edinburgh it is possible to walk from the accommodation to your destination, but not in all instances. Otherwise you will have to take a short tube or bus ride.

How close is the accommodation to transport?
Most of our houses are within a 5-10 minute walk of all forms of transport, either bus, underground or train.

How do I get to the accommodation reserved for me?
We will give you full address details and the nearest underground/train station. We will ask you to contact the owners to let them know your time of arrival, who will then give you detailed directions on how to get to
their house.

Is it possible to use the kitchen or laundry?
Kitchen facilities to make snacks or light meals are often available by arrangement with the house owner. Likewise this applies to the laundry, although there might be a small extra charge for this.

Is there a TV in the room?
Most rooms have their own TV, if this is not available in the room then there is usually a separate TV room.

Is parking available?
Very few areas of London have free parking. Parking is not usually available in or near to central London, and we strongly advise you to leave your car at home.

Can I leave my bags at the accommodation on the day of departure and collect them later?
This is usually possible and should be discussed with the owner.

Is there any specific time of arrival?
No, this must be discussed with the owner immediately you receive details of your reservation. This will ensure that there will be someone at home to greet you.

Is there any specific time that I have to leave the accommodation on the day of departure?
No, this is by arrangement with the homeowner.

How can I pay?
Payment is in advance, usually a deposit, by credit, debit card, cheque or bank transfer, with balance payable on arrival.
