Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) - 26/05/2021

ATLS® is a global course, teaching a systematic process of trauma care for patients with life-threatening injuries. Throughout this two-day interactive course, you will learn a range of comprehensive and adaptable trauma management skills, relevant to all specialties. Who is this course suitable for? Suitable for staff grades and eligible advanced practitioners and FY2 and above (NOTE: Internal FY2 candidates only) Not available for overseas applicants Our priority is to provide training for doctors working for the NHS. Due to demand and limited availability It is the Royal College of Surgeons policy that ATLS course places are only allocated to doctors currently working in the UK. In order to apply, you must contact 'eduadmin@chelwest.nhs.uk' stating your Staff grade, Speciality & Area you work in. We will respond on receipt of this information within the next 2-5 working days. This is a course combining e-learning and face-to-face training. You will have access to e-learning content starting from a month prior to the face-to-face course. The face-to-face course covers all the practical and testing elements of the course.
