Welcome to Herne Hill!

 
We offer you a spacious and light double bedroom on the second floor of our beautiful red brick end terrace family home.
 
You will have access to your own private bathroom with everything you might possibly need, you are also welcome to use our living room and garden as well as having light access to our kitchen. A study room with hi-end office equipment will also be at your disposal.
 
We will provide you with a continental breakfast and you will be free to use the washing machine. 
 
Our neighbourhood is absolutely delightful in many aspects, with plenty of beautiful green spaces, wonderful cafes, shops and pubs as well as fantastic transport links into central London and beyond!

Stayed at Fawnbrake Avenue for almost 5 months. The house/room is cosy, of high standard and the location is perfect with good transportation to central London (3 stations within a 20 mins walk). The host is very friendly and helpful, always keeping the house clean and homely. I had my own spacious room and bathroom, a small but life-saving office, access to kitchen, living room and the beautiful garden – so all in all it felt more like a house-share. Highly recommendable if you need a home away from home.
