stayed for 25 nights and overall had a very positive experience. My host was friendly, courteous and always helpful. The bedroom was comfortable, warm at night and very clean. The house itself is nicely decorated with a good sitting area and an excellent kitchen equipped with everything you might need. The location is absolutely perfect as well. The only downsides for me were related to privacy. There was no television in the room and no wardrobe to hang my clothes. I also feel the room would benefit from a lock on the door. Because the landlord lives in the property, it sometimes felt like I was being watched a bit and I did not always feel fully relaxed. The shower cubicle was also quite small. At times I felt that the host was a little too involved and I occasionally sensed some concern about energy or water usage which made me feel slightly pressured. Despite these issues, I would still recommend the place. With a bit more focus on privacy such as adding door locks and offering guests more personal space, it would be an even better stay.
