Chiswick is a London suburb that many poets, writers, actors and celebrities live in and have lived in. There is a studio theatre that is close to Turnham Green Underground station - ten minutre walk from my terraced house. The River Thames is an easy ten minute stroll away; the iconic Palladium Villa, Chiswick House & Gardens is again a ten minute amble and you will pass William Hogarth's House (renowned eighteenth century painter and caricaturist).
Chiswick's spacious parks and gardens create a calm enivironment to walk or exercise in. The District Line (underground stations Turnham Green or Stamford Brook) is a ten minute walk from my house, as are an array of useful bus stops. You will notice many shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes as you walk from Turnham Green underground station to Cornwall Grove so you won't need to venture far for your amenities!
