Our home is a Victorian house on four floors with a garden.
We brought up a large family here and have for many years, happily welcomed guests into our home.
Guests usually occupy the top floor of the house where there is a single room, a twin room and a room known as the family room. This has twin beds and a comfortable sofa bed if required.
There is a guest bathroom and a separate toilet with wash-basin. The rooms all have a desk and chair for studying, an armchair, cupboard and chest of drawers; radiator and good lighting; we have wifi and each room has a television.
There is a house-keeping unit on the landing with a kettle for making tea and coffee; china and glasses are provided if guests wish to bring in a snack or drink.
We only accept short-stay guests hence there is no light use of the kitchen for evening meals.
We live just off a busy high street with plenty of good places to eat, and less than ten minutes walk from the nearest underground station with good transport links into the city centre. Our location is also particularly convenient for professionals working at the Royal Free Hospital, which is only a 5 minute walk away.
