First Avenue is well-situated in fabulous West London.
This large, self-contained room overlooks a pretty garden.
The garden room is ideal for social distancing. There is plenty of space for kitchen essentials - e.g kettle and toaster, and I would be happy to arrange times when the kitchen could be used alone and independently. Access is through the hallway and kitchen of the main house to get to the garden room but other than that you can distance with ease.
The underfloor heating and comfortable double bed will keep you warm in winter and when the weather is good, French doors open onto a terrace and the garden.
There is an arm chair, TV and large desk, as well as an en suite shower room.
There is a washing machine, iron and tumble dryer in the main house.
The light and airy open kitchen-dining area is well equipped. There is also a delightful living room.
The quiet, tree-lined road is a short walk from the bus stop that connects with Shepherds Bush (Central line; Hammersmith and City line; and the Overground).
The house is a short walk from Acton Park and Ravenscourt Park.
