I had an excellent time at this place. My host went out of her way to arrange several extra support services for me beyond expectation. This is a great place to stay and it is near to the good shops and transport to all places is easily accessible.

The team were really helpful on the phone and booking a room seemed easy using on line payments via the website. We have used their service on a number of occasions and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Excellent value and so much better than unwelcoming hotels. Our stay in both London and Edinburgh were extremely comfortable and the hosts incredibly welcoming. Breakfast was terrific in both places. The homes were immaculate and situated within easy access of the centres. Easy tube access in London, from one place in Turnham Green to Kensington. One of the London stays was with 4 other colleagues all put up in the same area with good tube access to the West End for the training course. In Edinburgh the buses are frequent and many bus stops around. In fact one very near to the house we stayed in. The owners gave us very useful information about directions too. Links of the places we stayed were sent to me on booking which we really appreciated, being able to see and learn what the places were like beforehand.

I will be sending you a thank you card, so will say more in that. However, I have to say that you were a fabulous hostess, always going above and beyond the call of duty to help James & I. Anne Marie was equally kind and helpful. You have such a warm and welcoming home. No wonder people keep coming back! Best wishes,

Room and bathroom very comfortable. Host very welcoming and chatty. Information on local eateries very useful and informative. Would have liked kettle/tea bags/milk in room rather than having to use owner’s kitchen and disturb her. Unfortunately prior discussion about need for gluten free breakfast got lost in the email trail.

Exceptional hospitality. Warm greeting, lovely private room with a comfy bed and a large bathroom. I have had enjoyable conversations over ample breakfasts. I am a returning guest and hope to vist on any trips to London.
