The host and accommodation team were really nice and helpful to me. Concerning the accommodation, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast what I had expected. In conclusion, I found everything great!

Very central location, walking distance to three tube stations and bus stops. Lovely neighborhood, close to Kensigton gardens and Notting hill. The host was amazingly kind, helpful and welcoming. Super clean apartment. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend to others.

I was a very happy lodger in a nice flat in central London. My host was welcoming and courteous. I want to thank Doctor House for its services as it allowed me to attend some academic commitments in a busy period of the year. I recommend others to use the service.

I had a lovely stay in London, hosted by the very gracious Caroline Donnelly. Her flat is quite beautiful – and her sense of aesthetics, unsurpassed – from the bed to the linens to the bath products and the hair dryer – including all the yummy little touches that make a brief stay memorable. She's quite a fascinating woman - having lived in many places and traveled the world as an adventurer! She was very helpful with directions – as well as helping me reserve a car to pick me up at the airport. She showed me around the neighborhood when I got there – including where the buses and the nearest Tube station was located. My only note would be that if you have any issues with stairs, this could be a concern as there are a good number of carpeted stairs up to her unit and within the unit up to your living quarters, there's a narrow, twisty staircase with wooden stairs – but she does have rails for support. Just good to know if you are carrying heavy suitcases or have any balance issues. The bathtub/shower is great. A quick note that the tub is deep to step over and into. There is a rubber mat provided for safety. But other than that, the neighborhood is safe and walkable - and there are lovely parks and easy transportation nearby. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and started off with way too much luggage as I was traveling for over three weeks. She helped carry my things up the stairs – and I have to say that having packing cubes saved the day! Enjoy!
