My house provides an idyllic stay for guests in Gospel Oak, a residential area with good transport links. The room available is light and spacious, overlooking the garden and on the first floor.
The Royal Free hospital and Whittington hospital are within walking distance-though there is a bus that goes door to door. Gospel Oak overground is 30 seconds away, and goes to Richmond and Stratford and links to underdgound tube at Highbury.
Also, the No. 88 bus, with the nearest stop 8 mins walk away, is an amazing bus route that goes to all the way through central London to Clapham Common via Camden Town, UCH, Great Portland Street, Oxford Circus.
We are very lucky to have the beautiful, rambling Hampstead Heath on the doorstep. There is a corner shop which is open late and shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants a short walk away.
I live here on my own, family and friends visit occasionally but generally it is quite a quiet house.
