The building was originally built in 1890s instructed by the 1st Baron of Battersea. The room is in a highly sought after location. Over the years, Prince of Wales drive has been home to people of national heritage such as Sean O’Casey (1880-1964) Playwright. John Richard Archer (1863-1932) Civic Leader. Charles Sargeant Jagger (1885-1934) Sculptor.
