Welcome to Queen's Park!
We have lived in our Victorian terraced family home in Northwest London for over 30 years. After our three children left home, we decided to divide the property into three completely separate, self-contained units.
The accommodation available to guests is the self-contained ground floor studio flat. This is an entirely independent space with its own facilities and private access, allowing guests full use of the apartment throughout their stay.
Above, on the first floor, is our own private studio ensuite bedroom, where my husband and I stay when we are in London. This space is entirely separate from the ground floor flat.
During most rental periods we are out of London. However, if we need to return briefly, we stay solely within our first-floor studio room. This arrangement ensures that the self-contained ground floor studio flat remains completely private and exclusively for the guest’s use at all times.
